Riley, former US Ryder Cup member, wins on Nationwide

The finale to the US Open wasn't the only exciting finish this past weekend.  Chris Riley, who was a member of the 2004 US Ryder Cup team and a winner of the 2002 Reno-Tahoe Open, won on the Nationwide Tour yesterday at the Rochester Area Charities Showdown in a playoff against reigning NCAA Champion Jamie Lovemark.  Travis Hill of golfweek.com writes in his blog, "You probably missed it, but they played a Nationwide Tour event last week too. And it turned out to be pretty good."  Riley, after finishing 150th on the PGA Tour money list last year, has conditional status this year.
