I'll be honest--the first thing I looked for when I opened up my bracket was to see how many matches Anthony Kim and Robert Allenby would have to win if they were to play each other again. The magic number was 4, but with Kim's loss to Matt Kuchar, the rematch will have to wait.
For a day that should be one of the most exciting in golf, Wednesday's matches were overshadowed by Tiger's press conference announcement. That, coupled with no Phil Mickelson in AZ, must have made Tiger's former sponsor Accenture not too happy.
At least Golf Channel was able to focus on a few matches that we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise: Michael Sim-Ryo Ishikawa and Robert Karlsson-Rory Sabbatini.
