According to a report from SI, LPGA players met last Thursday for a dinner and one of the hot topics was Carolyn Bivens.
Jim Gorant writes that players "aired their various grievances about her leadership." This comes as no surprise as the dinner was held a day after yet another tournament was lost, the Kapalua Classic.
Gorant reports that after the dinner, a letter was sent to LPGA president Michelle Ellis highlighting some of the concerns.
Players are working hard each week to keep fans interested through various social media efforts and to keep sponsors happy through pro-ams and other events.
There's a chance the LPGA might be down to 10 or 11 US-based events for next year. Annika Sorenstam's departure couldn't have come at a worse time.
