The Player Advisory Council will meet later today at Riviera Country Club to discuss the new PGA Tour cut policy, reports Peter Yoon of the LA Times. It seems that some players are still upset with the policy, while others are happy with it because of faster play on the weekend. According to Yoon, the point of today's meeting is to open a discussion between the players and the tour, without media involvement. After the Advisory Council discusses the policy, a recommendation will be sent to the Policy Board, which meets at the Honda Classic in two weeks.
