For the second straight year, and for the fourth time in his career, Tiger Woods has won
the Target World Challenge. Woods fired a 4-under 68 on Sunday and finished at 22-under-par overall, seven strokes ahead of second place finisher and reigning Masters champion Zach Johnson. Jim Furyk was able to cut Woods' six stroke lead to two strokes as they finished the front-9. But Woods converted a 15-foot birdie putt on the 10th hole, which gave him a four stroke lead after a Furyk three-putt bogey from six feet. Furyk ended up shooting a 1-under 71, and finished in third place at 13-under-par. Woods said after his round to Jimmy Roberts of NBC Sports, "It’s been incredible the whole week to have everyone come out and support this event. All of the players that played this week, I think it’s been incredible and the spectators absolutely loved it." As he does every year, Woods will donate his $1.35 million first prize to the Tiger Woods Foundation.
