Rory McIlroy Listed In Tee Times In US PGA Championship
The rumors surrounding Rory McIlroy’s inclusion in the US PGA Championship appear to have been true. He has been included in Friday’s tee times therefore giving him the opportunity to defend his title.
There had been speculation all week on social media about McIlroy and whether he would be fit to play, so I guess he has been given the all clear. This is going to be a remarkable come back considering the type of injury he sustained.
Its is great for the tournament that McIlroy is going to play. In all big competitions everyone wants to see the best players in the world taking part, and this is no exception. Lets hope that Rory is fully fit and is able to complete the tournament.

World number one Rory McIlroy will defend his US PGA Championship title next week at Whistling Straits, Wisconsin after recovering from injury.
Tee times were released on Friday with McIlroy grouped with the winners of this year’s majors, Jordan Spieth and Zach Johnson.
The 26-year-old had given hints via social media that he would be able to return to action.
McIlroy put the caption of emojis above a photo of the interior of a private plane
He suffered a “total rupture” of ligaments in his left ankle last month.
McIlroy’s post on Friday showed the inside of a private plane along with various emojis depicting a US flag, a thumbs-up symbol and a golf flag.
